An esteemed studio renowned for their crafted adaptive re-use projects and currently seeking a talented Senior Architect with a track record of leading projects through all construction stages.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of large-scale projects, including cultural, residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process through all stages, ensuring excellence in project execution
• Manage a small team to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Conduct design reviews with the management team, contributing to informed decision-making
• Oversee and manage packages throughout various stages, ensuring smooth project progress
• Lead coordination efforts with external consultants and the wider architectural team for seamless collaboration

Key Skills:

• Registered ARB Architect, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• Proven post-graduate experience, showcasing expertise in the field
• Proven experience in leading projects through stages 3 to 6, with a strong track record of success
• Exposure to adaptive re-use schemes, showcasing adaptability and innovative design thinking
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
