Senior Architect/Associate (UK Projects + Revit)

About The Role:

The Crowd have partnered with a renowned architectural studio, celebrated for its design-driven commercial projects in London and are now looking for a skilled and personable Senior Architect / Associate to become part of their collaborative team.

Joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will help lead projects through stages 3-6.  As a Senior Architect / Associate, you will take on a key role in overseeing a small team, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large-scale projects, whether in commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors, along with exceptional technical expertise and solid management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading projects through stages 3-6, ensuring smooth progression and successful execution
  • Supervise and guide a small team, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct in-depth design reviews in partnership with the management team, refining concepts and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Manage project packages across key stages, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and technical details to ensure seamless development
  • Facilitate strong coordination and communication with external consultants and the wider architectural team, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
  • Offer mentorship and support to junior team members, providing guidance to enhance their skills, technical knowledge, and professional growth

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • A portfolio demonstrating design-led UK projects
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Minimum of 7 years of post-registration experience
  • Proven track record of leading projects through multiple stages
  • Experience working on large-scale UK projects (commercial, housing or mixed-use sectors)
  • Successfully delivered at least one project through Stage 5
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Technically focused, with expertise in later project stages
