Senior Architect (Commercial and Industrial)

About the Role:

An established and design-forward architecture firm with a strong track record across commercial, industrial, and interiors sectors is expanding its presence in Los Angeles. With a portfolio that includes data centers, adaptive reuse, and workplace environments, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a key growth phase and help shape the direction of their new LA office.

This role would suit a technically strong Senior Architect who enjoys working across all stages of delivery, is confident leading projects, and is motivated by the opportunity to help build and define a new team and studio culture. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have real influence over how the office evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial/industrial projects
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all project phases
• Produce and oversee detailed technical documentation (Revit essential)
• Contribute to early-stage office development, culture, and processes
• Support and mentor junior staff as the team grows

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Licensed (or close to licensure) with 8+ years of experience
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or complex interiors projects
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and technical detailing
• Excellent Revit skills and confidence working in BIM environments
• Proactive, collaborative, and confident in client-facing settings
• Enthusiasm for joining a growing team and contributing beyond the job description
