Project Architect (International Cultural Projects + Revit)
About The Role:
The Crowd is collaborating with a prestigious international design practice in their search for a talented Project Architect to join the cultural team at their London studio. This is an exciting opportunity for an architect with strong experience delivering projects involving culturally significant buildings.
In this role, you will take a key position in leading project coordination, acting as the main point of contact between clients and external partners while also overseeing the internal team’s workflow. With a focus on projects that contribute to cultural heritage and legacy, a deep understanding of and passion for this sector is essential. Beyond project delivery, this role provides the opportunity to contribute to the studio’s growth, mentor junior team members, and help shape the strategic direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth progression through all work stages
- Manage and coordinate a small team working on cultural, listed, and heritage projects across the UK
- Demonstrate strong design skills, from initial concept development to technical delivery
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and dynamic team
- Liaise with external consultants to ensure seamless project coordination
- Act as the primary contact for client communications and relationship management
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively
Key Skills/Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience post ARB registration
- Experience working as a Project Architect in UK practices
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
- A proven understanding of UK building and planning regulations through similar projects
- Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
- Strong technical and detailing drawing production
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to present well both verbally and visually
