Senior Architect (Prestigious Design Practice)

About The Role:

A well-established and highly desirable architectural studio known for their design-led commercial projects are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their mid-large sized team in London.

You will join a collaborative, talented and forward-thinking team to assist with leadership of projects through stages 3-6. As the Senior Architect you will play a pivotal role in managing a small team of designers ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, London-based projects. The ideal person will have experience on large-scale commercial schemes, will possess technical excellence and sound management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the leadership of projects through stages 3-6
• Manage a small team to ensure deliverables are achieved to the highest standards
• Lead design reviews with management team
• Manage packages through various stages
• Lead coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Registered ARB Architect
• Technically driven with a bias towards delivery stages
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• At least 7+ years of post-registration experience
• Exposure to leading projects through various stages
• Experience working on large scale commercial schemes in UK
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
