Senior Business Development Executive (Culture Department)
The Role:
Our client, a world-class design engineering consultancy are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join their business development team in their Culture department. You will be working with and building knowledge to support the work winners, engaging new opportunities, and working closely with engineering disciplines to improve their work winning efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is savvy with marketing and business development and has a good understanding of how they can combine both to ensure increase in the business’ market activity. You will be responsible for supporting work winning actions both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key point of contact for BD activities, within the culture department of the business by supporting the work winners / bids team in providing intelligence and insight into markets, key clients and sectors.
- Having input to the plan and implementation of an integrated BD & marketing plan, including conducting market and sector research into major opportunities for relevant strategies.
- Engagement in Key Relationship Management (KRM) activities such as the creation of plans for key clients, monitoring accounts and reporting on activity and engaging with BD counterparts.
- Engage with external stakeholders by attending networking events, conferences, events, B2Bs and other client entertainment activities.
Key Skills:
- Previous demonstratable experience in a marketing / business development role in a design or professional firm (ideally construction)
- Strong skills in influencing and the ability to form and maintain relationships across all areas of the business.
- A confident and can-do attitude with the ability to take lead in challenging situations.
- Excellent computer and IT skills and ability to conduct data analysis.
