Senior Designer (Bespoke High-End Residential)

About The Role:

A rare opportunity to join a high-profile luxury development company in Ibiza, that are celebrated on an international level has arisen. Our client is in search of a talented and personable Senior Designer with strong experience in design-led, high-end residential projects.

The successful candidate will bring a contemporary sense of style and a flair for innovative design, essential qualities for creating exceptional and luxurious living spaces on the White Island. You will be not only be passionate and enthusiastic about design but also capable of excelling in a client-facing role and adept at offering creative and bespoke design solutions through a consultative approach. This role involves collaborating closely with other designers, ensuring a seamless blend of ideas and a high standard of luxury and sophistication in every project.

Please note in order to provide an in-depth design service to both the clients and the existing team, the successful candidate would need to either be based in Ibiza or be able to relocate to the island imminently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design solutions with the support and guidance of the team
• Collaborate with a talented team on design proposals, presentations, and concept creation when pitching to clients
• Provide a positive and proactive approach when consulting with clients on their luxury high-end residential projects
• Deliver projects to the highest standards from the initial design stages through to completion
• Engage with existing clients throughout the design process, from initial stages to final completion, using a bespoke and tailored approach
• Confidently pitch design concepts to clients, through a consultative and knowledgeable approach
• Foster and maintain client relationships to facilitate future redesign projects
• Exhibit a deep understanding of contemporary trends and trades, tailored to meet individual client needs

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working on high-end private residential projects is essential
• A stunning portfolio demonstrating an excellent sense of style and creative flair
• Collaborative, friendly, and proactive team player
• EU residency is required
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Polished and refined professional approach
• Previous experience in client communication is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Great verbal, written and visual presentation skills
