  • Drive sourcing and specification of FF&E, materials, and finishes
  • Direct the development of visual presentations, custom furniture designs, and material palettes
  • Prepare and review drawing sets, schedules, and specifications; ensure consistency and quality across deliverables
  • Manage project timelines and budgets with precision and clear communication
  • Support construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and consultant coordination
  • Travel for site visits, client presentations, and project installations

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong focus on hospitality and F&B projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full design process – from conceptual development to procurement and installation
  • Strong hand sketching and rendering skills; highly visual thinker
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams and mentoring junior designers
  • Experience with construction administration and consultant coordination
