Senior Interior Architect

The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of our luxury interior architecture clients in their London-based boutique studio that specialises in high-end residential design. This friendly and collaborative studio is seeking a Senior Interior Architect who would join them in working on a range of projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate would be confident in leading a team of designers on projects that focus on high-end residential design. Key Responsibilities:

• An energetic and highly organised leader that is confident in their ability to direct the team through various projects and design stages.
• Able to communicate design ideas effectively from hand sketching to verbal presentations whilst building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider team.
• An individual who possesses excellent attention to detail with a strong passion for space planning and interior design that has experience in producing finishes and fixture specification schedules.
• Confident in liaising with clients when leading design presentations, meetings and understanding building work processes through previous on-site and project management experience.

Key skills

• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Previous experience in project management within an architectural or interior design practice is essential.
• Experience in luxury residential is preferable.
• Highly proficient in Vectorworks, Autocad, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Management experience and meticulous attention to detail
