Senior Landscape Architect

The Role:

Our client, one of the leading design practices in London, who are reputable for their design led and meticulously detailed approach to the built environment, are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Landscape Architect to join their social team in East London.

As an experienced Landscape Architect, you would be responsible for the communication and delivery of some of London’s most innovative and sustainable projects. Working and leading the wider landscape architecture team, the ideal candidate would have over 6 years’ experience working on medium to large scale schemes at all stages whilst coordinating the overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and developing projects within the Landscape Design team through accurate allocation of resourcing and fostering a positive and collaborative approach attitude
• Managing and delivering several landscape projects whilst ensuring agreed compliances, overseeing budgets and targets to meet deadlines
• Contributing to marketing efforts and securing work as well as producing fee agreements and tender production
• Collaboration with external clients and consultants to ensure successful and smooth delivery of projects

Key Skills:

• A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant Postgraduate/Master’s degree
• At least 6 years of relevant post qualification experience in Landscape Architecture is essential
• Experience working on projects within the UK
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD Revit is necessary
• Experience of Sketchup and Lumion being desirable
