Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and oversee the delivery of high-end hospitality projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project goals align with their vision
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and project teams
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in construction documentation and administration

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, with a focus on hospitality design
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, luxury projects
• Licensed Architect (California preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical and design skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
