Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to project closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and firm standards
• Lead client and consultant coordination, maintaining open communication and ensuring project objectives are met
• Manage technical documentation, quality control, and regulatory reviews throughout each phase
• Conduct construction contract administration, including field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews
• Develop project work plans using Deltek, managing team assignments, schedules, and budgets
• Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to proposals and participating in client presentations

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, design, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports and recreation projects, including collegiate arenas
• Expertise in Revit and 3D visualization tools
• Comprehensive understanding of all project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration
• Knowledge of building codes, engineering systems, and project management processes
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to leadership
• Architectural licensure required; LEED GA or equivalent accreditation within six months of hire preferred
