As a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of large-scale, complex projects, driving both creative vision and technical precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to project closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and firm standards
- Lead client and consultant coordination, maintaining open communication and ensuring project objectives are met
- Manage technical documentation, quality control, and regulatory reviews throughout each phase
- Conduct construction contract administration, including field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews
- Develop project work plans using Deltek, managing team assignments, schedules, and budgets
- Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to proposals and participating in client presentations
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, design, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports and recreation projects, including collegiate arenas
- Expertise in Revit and 3D visualization tools
- Comprehensive understanding of all project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration
- Knowledge of building codes, engineering systems, and project management processes
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to leadership
- Architectural licensure required; LEED GA or equivalent accreditation within six months of hire preferred
