Studio Manager

The Role:

We are excited to be working with our client who are a boutique architecture studio based in London, and are looking to hire a Studio Manager to assist the directors and play an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the studio.

This position will support the wider team with meeting and greeting visitors, office management, IT and HR in a friendly and relaxed environment. This role would suit an experienced Studio Manager ideally from the architecture/design industry who is looking for a refreshing change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to person to ensure smooth day-to-day running of studio
  • Cover reception, greeting clients and visitors, answering phones
  • Prepping meeting rooms and keep office tidy
  • Answering phones, distributing post, managing couriers and deliveries
  • Oversee day to day IT issues, liaising with IT consultants
  • Practice health and safety
  • Event planning and co-ordination
  • Updating and filing HR records, organising annual review meetings for staff
  • ISO administration and management

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role preferably within architecture/design
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent written English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Act with approachability and professionalism
  • Be a positive ambassador for the studio both internally and externally
