Studio/Office Manager
About The Role:
The Crowd is partnering with a highly sought after and successful global design studio that are at the forefront of the cultural architecture and design space. They are looking for a dynamic, organised and people focused Studio/Office Manager to join their welcoming Berlin team.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things operational, and people focused, and you will be the linchpin of the studio, keeping the wheels turning! This is a varied role, where you will be responsible for managing the smooth day to day running of the studio; supporting HR and onboarding, planning internal events, and helping nurture a positive working culture. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a collaborative and international studio environment. The ideal person will be someone who has previous experience in a similar varied studio/office manager role and who is approachable, positive and enjoys being the key contact within a creative and employee focused business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the studio operations
- Be a go to person for the wider team
- Foster a positive working culture and spirit
- Oversee facilities, supplies, IT coordination etc
- Be the first port of call for HR queries, supporting onboarding/offboarding, payroll documentation and training
- Coordinate social and cultural initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive team culture
- Work with the wider leadership team on admin, finance and resource planning
- Ensure health and safety compliance and help maintain an organised, welcoming studio environment
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in studio, office or operations management (creative or cultural industries preferred)
- Highly organised, adaptable and confident juggling a wide range of tasks
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- A positive, solutions-focused approach and genuine interest in supporting people and teams
