Team Coordinator
The Role:
An internationally recognised and highly celebrated architecture practice is looking for a dynamic and communicative Team Coordinator to join and support the press team in their London studio.
Within this role, you’ll create and maintain efficient systems to facilitate consistent and effective communication between the press team and other internal teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid administration support experience to further their career in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with a highly sought after company who’s pioneering projects are renowned globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively track project milestones and schedules for promotional campaigns
- Create detailed timelines for each project and keep press team up to date with any upcoming milestones or new data
- Schedule press strategy meetings between teams and Head of Press as required
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain and update all relevant project data
- Collate project credit lists from project directors and coordinate any updates
- Track and monitor all lectures by staff for promotional campaigns
- Build relationships with the architects, support staff and consultants across teams
- Coordinate staff biographies
Key Skills:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar admin support role, ideally within the creative industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- A team player with the ability to communicate efficiently with people at all levels
- Confident, friendly and professional attitude
