Technical Architect

The Role:

An emerging multi-disciplinary studio who primarily work in workplace, hospitality and student accommodation sectors are seeking a talented Technical Architect with experience of leading projects through construction stages to join their sociable team.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team of designers and consultants who offer a 360 service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented team and play a significant role in design-led, UK based projects where you can gain exposure to schemes on-site locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and contribute to the design process through all stages
• Lead design reviews with management team
• Manage production of packages through various stages
• Coordination with consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills:

• Registered ARB Architect.
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• At least 5+ years of post-graduate experience
• Experience working on projects through stages 3-6
• Exposure to retrofit schemes
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
