Intermediate Hospitality Interior Designer
About The Role:
Renowned for its creative and sophisticated approach to interior design, our client is a well-established and highly respected firm specializing in hospitality and high-end residential projects. Known for their refined use of texture, pattern, and unique stylistic details, they craft immersive spaces that leave a lasting impression.
They are currently seeking a motivated Intermediate Interior Designer to join their team, with a focus on elevated hospitality and restaurant interior. In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept development through construction administration, on exceptional hospitality projects across the globe. Your design sensibility, technical knowledge, and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction administration
- Develop and manage FF&E packages, including sourcing, material selection, and procurement coordination
- Produce design documentation and preliminary sketches using AutoCAD and related tools
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure cohesion and alignment across project stages
- Confidently represent the firm in meetings, site visits, and client-facing interactions
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors
- Deep understanding of FF&E, custom joinery, and construction detailing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp; hand-sketching and rendering skills are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
