Senior Project Manager (Hospitality Design)

About the Role

We’re partnered with a global architecture and design studio renowned for delivering iconic hospitality destinations around the world, from luxury resorts in Hawaii to five-star hotels in the Middle East and beyond.

Their Los Angeles office is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major hospitality project set in Hawaii. With a strong pipeline of high-profile work, this is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that blends architecture and interiors seamlessly. You’ll drive delivery, coordinate across disciplines, and play a central role in shaping guest experiences at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of a luxury hospitality project
• Oversee coordination between architecture, interiors, consultants, and client teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, resourcing, and documentation with precision
• Mentor and support junior staff, providing direction and technical guidance
• Represent the studio in client and contractor meetings, both in LA and on-site

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in architecture or interior architecture, ideally with a strong hospitality portfolio
• Background in large-scale hotel/resort projects; familiarity with brands like Four Seasons, W Hotels, or Ritz-Carlton is a plus
• Ability to lead both design and technical delivery across multiple workstreams
• Confident communicator with excellent project coordination and leadership skills
• Able to work from the LA studio 2–3 days/week
