With a rich portfolio spanning contemporary residences, civic buildings, and creative workplaces, this LA-based firm is seeking a Job Captain to join their collaborative team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across project types but has a particular passion for refined, design-driven residential architecture. You will work closely with senior leadership to help deliver beautifully detailed, technically sound buildings that respond to their environment and the people who inhabit them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead drawing production through design development and construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure design intent is carried through
• Assist in managing project schedules and technical deliverables
• Participate in site visits and respond to RFIs during construction administration
• Contribute to design discussions and problem-solving across phases

Key Skills / Requirements:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in architecture, ideally with high-end residential or mixed-use experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of California building codes and permit processes
• Excellent communication and consultant coordination skills
• A proactive mindset and passion for detail, design, and collaboration
