Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of hospitality projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Translate design concepts into technical documentation with precision and creativity
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet design and operational goals
• Contribute to a studio culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary exchange
• Balance creativity with project management, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 8 + years of professional architectural experience with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and client-facing responsibilities
• Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a studio setting
