As a Lead Interior Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the creative vision of high-profile projects from early concept through to final installation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development of hospitality interiors, guiding projects through all phases, from initial concept through construction administration
• Establish and communicate a clear design vision that aligns with both the client’s goals and the studio’s signature aesthetic
• Direct FF&E strategy, spatial planning, material palettes, lighting direction, and custom furniture design with precision and imagination
• Oversee and mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing feedback, creative guidance, and support throughout project milestones
• Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of design intent
• Present design narratives, concept boards, and visual materials to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong background in luxury hospitality projects
• A sharp design eye with proven ability to balance conceptual storytelling and technical detailing
• Expert knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E for high-end hospitality environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Enscape or V-Ray
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills; experience managing small to mid-sized teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing abilities
