Project Manager (Hospitality & High-End Residential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence
- Coordinate across internal design teams, consultants, and clients to deliver seamless outcomes
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation with precision
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Act as a trusted client-facing representative of the studio, presenting ideas and managing relationships with confidence
Key Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years’ professional experience in architecture or interior architecture, with a focus on hospitality and/or luxury residential projects
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and confident working in fast-paced, design-led environments
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both with clients and across project teams
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent industry-standard software is preferred
