Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial and hospitality projects from concept through construction
• Produce clear, well-considered documentation with a strong understanding of detailing and buildability
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, principals, and consultants in small, agile teams
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions
• Support coordination across disciplines to ensure high-quality project outcomes

Key Skills / Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional experience in architecture
• Strong Revit proficiency and solid technical documentation skills
• Experience across commercial and/or hospitality projects preferred
• Design-literate and able to articulate ideas clearly and thoughtfully
• Grounded, collaborative personality and confident without ego
