Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects from concept through installation
- Develop compelling design narratives that translate into cohesive, elevated interior environments

- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, lighting designers, artists, and fabricators to deliver integrated, highly detailed interiors
- Oversee the development and review of construction documentation, custom millwork packages, and interior architectural details
- Direct the selection and specification of finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and bespoke elements with a strong eye for balance, texture, and longevity
- Manage project schedules, internal coordination, and deliverables to ensure design intent and quality are maintained
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering design excellence and professional growth
- Uphold studio standards for design quality, documentation, and execution across all phases of work
Key Skills / Experience:
- 8–10+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of high-end hospitality and/or luxury residential projects
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects from concept through construction and final installation
- Exceptional sensitivity to materiality, proportion, detailing, and custom design elements
- Strong design leadership combined with hands-on technical and production expertise
- Demonstrated experience working on local residential projects, with a strong understanding of codes, consultants, and the construction process.
- Confident, articulate client-facing presence with polished presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
