Wayfinding Designers (All Levels)
About The Role:
The Crowd is exclusively partnered with a mid-sized, international, multi-disciplinary design studio that is looking to further grow its established team by hiring Wayfinding Designers at all levels. They are seeking junior, midweight, and senior designers to join their thriving London studio, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team!
Working across urban realm, transport, events, and sport, you’ll design clear, intuitive wayfinding systems that shape how people move through and experience space. From strategy and spatial thinking to typography, mapping, and signage implementation, you’ll help translate complex environments into coherent, human-centered journeys, within a collaborative, design-driven studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Asist, support, lead and oversee (depending on level) complex design projects from concept through completion , ensuring adherence to briefs, timelines, and budgets
- Support the creation and quality control of designs, drawings, and specifications across all project phases
- Coordinate with the team and partners to produce assets for active wayfinding projects
- Collaborate with the team to ensure strong relationships are maintained with external stakeholders
- Help to promote a supportive and collaborative team culture throughout
- Senior level designers will work closely with the partner to implement company strategy and assist in refining the wayfinding proposition
- Senior level designers will have involvement with project financials and budgets
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience within a design-led wayfinding position
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven success in leading complex projects, within wayfinding (for senior level)
- Versatile in both independent and team-oriented work environments
- Friendly, approachable, and deeply passionate for the industry
- Skilled in juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
