Landscape Architect
About The Role:
A highly desirable, international architecture studio recognised globally for its groundbreaking projects is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join its Copenhagen team on a permanent basis. The studio brings together an international collective of architects, designers, and specialists to deliver ambitious, design-led projects across the world.
Working alongside the Partner, you will lead the day-to-day management of landscape projects, ensuring structured delivery across all phases. Acting as the central link between design, technical teams, consultants, and clients, you will drive clarity around scope, program, resources, and commercial performance while safeguarding the studio’s design ambition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and submission tracking
- Coordinate design, technical teams, consultants, and clients to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
- Monitor scope, manage change impacts, and oversee fee burn, resourcing, and commercial performance
- Implement structured workflows, documentation systems, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee QA/QC processes to maintain design integrity and technical quality
- Structure team workplans, allocate tasks, and maintain a focused, high-performing project environment
Key Skills / Requirements:
- 6-10 years’ project management within landscape architecture or public realm with hands on production experience.
- Strong proficiency in Rhino and Revit is required, alongside project management and scheduling tools
- Fluent Danish is required and English is a plus
- Strong understanding of contracts, scope control, commercial management, and multi-phase delivery
- Proven experience coordinating specialist landscape inputs including planting, ecology, irrigation, drainage, and lighting
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative approach within design-led environments
