BIM Manager

About The Role:

An established and design-driven architecture studio in New York is seeking a confident and technically accomplished BIM Manager to play a central role in shaping and elevating the firm’s digital delivery standards.

This is not simply a coordination role. You will act as the technical backbone of the studio, driving BIM strategy, refining workflows, and ensuring project teams are equipped to deliver complex ground-up, mixed-use and residential work to the highest standard.

The practice is entering an exciting period of growth, with new projects across multiple studios. As BIM Manager, you will have genuine influence over how projects are delivered, working closely with senior leadership and project teams to strengthen processes and improve model performance across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement firm-wide BIM standards, templates and best practices
• Act as the primary Revit expert, supporting project teams across all phases
• Develop and oversee BIM execution plans and coordination protocols
• Mentor and train staff to elevate technical competency across studios
• Review and optimize models to ensure quality, efficiency and consistency

Key Skills / Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in a dedicated BIM leadership or technical role
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with strong understanding of model management and coordination
• Experience developing and enforcing BIM standards within a structured studio environment
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate with architects, consultants and leadership teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
