Senior Project Architect (Interiors Focused)

About The Role:

A nationally recognized, design-led architecture and interiors studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect with a strong interiors focus to join its growing Miami office. This is a senior leadership role within a collaborative practice delivering refined hospitality, luxury residential, and mixed-use environments.

You will lead architecturally driven interior projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining a strong design narrative. The studio is known for beautifully detailed, high-caliber work where architecture and interiors are seamlessly integrated.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, design-forward projects while working closely with senior leadership and high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration, with a strong focus on interior architecture
• Develop and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications and coordination sets
• Present design concepts and technical solutions confidently to clients
• Manage and mentor internal teams, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to uphold design intent

Key Skills / Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within architecture, with significant exposure to hospitality, luxury residential or mixed-use interiors
• Proven ability to lead projects across all phases, including documentation and site coordination
• Strong technical proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-driven and confident managing multiple deadlines
