Junior / Mid-Level Designer (High-End Residential)

About The Role:

A highly desirable boutique design studio are looking for a motivated junior/mid-level designer to join their team in west London.

The studio is known for its crafted approach towards custom fit detailing and have a strong portfolio of high-end designs across residential and hospitality.

The ideal candidate would be an ambitious and resourceful individual who is passionate about bespoke, high-end residential projects. The role will be to work on variety of projects from concept to completion with a strong design team and therefore good communication skills is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate design ideas confidently to clients, suppliers and the design team whilst assisting with projects
• Working closely with architects and designers on producing drawing packages whilst offering design solutions and exploring them through drawing and CAD modelling
• Good understanding and experience of all RIBA work stages and the UK planning, building and construction standards is desirable
• Assist with FF+E scheduling for high-end residential and hospitality projects

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Junior/ Mid Interior Designer with 2+ years professional experience
• Good detailing and construction knowledge is preferable
• Able to meet numerous deadlines on projects through excellent time management
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
• FF+E skills
• Proficient in Vectorworks 2D and3D, AutoCAD, Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Personal, collaborative, and friendly in your approach
• Experience in high-end projects, ideally in London and Europe
