Project Administrator (Architecture)
About The Role:
The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a highly respected architecture and design practice known for delivering complex, large-scale projects across multiple sectors. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and collaborative project delivery, this firm is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team and support ongoing work on a major project site in the Clackamas, Oregon area.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys being at the center of team coordination. The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting project teams through the design and construction phases by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and helping maintain smooth project operations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across project teams, consultants, and contractors. Experience supporting complex projects – particularly within the healthcare or large-scale institutional sectors – will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple project teams throughout the design and construction phases
- Manage project documentation including maintaining logs, organizing files, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with construction administration tasks such as processing RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and change orders
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and assisting with agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation
- Prepare, format, and proofread project-related documents including reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
Key Skills / Requirements:
- 5+ years of project administration or coordination experience within architecture, engineering, or construction environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting
- Experience supporting complex or large-scale projects – healthcare project experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry tools such as Bluebeam, Newforma, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
