Junior Designer / Part II (Luxury Hospitality)

About The Role:

The Crowd have partnered with a luxury design studio in Central London seeking a motivated Junior Designer / Part II with experience in hospitality projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior designer to join a growing luxury hospitality studio, ideal for someone with experience on luxury projects who is keen to build their skills, take initiative, and progress within the sector while learning from senior team members. Experience across conceptual stages, a strong eye for design, and exposure to design development are essential for this role, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape.

The studio offers an excellent benefits package, a hybrid working model with two days from home, and a sociable, close-knit team, making it a great environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with senior designers through concept design presentations and mood boards
• Assist the senior staff worth 3D modelling for design development and proposals
• Prior experience on space planning, drawing packages and specifications
• Work with the team collaboratively on fast-paced projects

Key Skills/Requirement:

• Experience required: at least 1 year of professional practice experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe (InDesign and Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Enscape would be beneficial
• Prior experience working on luxury hospitality, F&B and/ or hotel projects is highly desirable
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills
• A good eye for colour, layout, and materials
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
