Project Manager (Architecture)

About The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with a well-established boutique architecture practice based in Brooklyn, renowned for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work ahead of them they are looking for accomplished Project Managers to join their growing and collaborative team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in both design and technical delivery. You will be involved across all stages of multiple projects, with a strong focus on multi-family developments. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership time whilst, working under the guidance of the COO and a Principal, while also mentoring a junior design team and collaborating with consultants.

You will be working in a full-time, hybrid position, offering a balanced structure of three days in the office and two days working remotely. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior leadership while mentoring and supporting junior design team members to ensure a high standard of project delivery and design quality
• Support the successful delivery of projects through strong technical drafting, construction administration, technical delivery and overall project coordination

• Manage project documentation & coordinate external consultants across all project phases, ensuring collaboration and integration of technical requirements throughout the project

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture required, with a Masters of Architecture preferred
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in architecture & project management, with a strong focus on multi-family or residential projects in NYC
• Must have experience working in New York with strong knowledge of codes and regulations
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing design, coordination, and technical delivery
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within a team and adapt within a fast-paced environment
