Executive Assistant
About The Role:
The Crowd is excited to be partnering with an internationally recognized, design-led creative studio known for delivering exceptional work across architecture, interiors, branding, and the built environment. As the business continues to evolve and strengthen its leadership team, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior executives in a full-time, primarily on-site position based in their Manhattan office.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly intuitive, solutions-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and enjoys becoming a true strategic partner. Supporting two leaders with different working styles, you’ll bring structure where needed, anticipate challenges before they arise, and help optimize both professional and select personal priorities through thoughtful organization, technology, and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing up, enjoys finding smarter ways of working, and is eager to make a lasting impact within a collaborative, design-focused studio.
Our client offers excellent long-term growth potential, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO, and potentially some hybrid flexibility following an initial in-office onboarding period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to two senior leaders, overseeing complex calendars, inbox management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and daily scheduling priorities.
- Anticipate upcoming needs, identify scheduling conflicts, and confidently manage competing priorities while acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Develop and implement systems, workflows, and automation tools that improve efficiency across both business and select personal administrative responsibilities.
- Coordinate project time tracking, expense-related administrative tasks, and other operational support while collaborating closely with internal teams to keep day-to-day activities running seamlessly.
- Handle a variety of personal assistant responsibilities, including managing recurring purchases, gift coordination, reservations, and other lifestyle logistics with professionalism and discretion.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, preferably within the interior design or architecture industries.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the confidence to proactively manage priorities and provide thoughtful guidance when needed.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve workflows and create efficient systems.
- Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution while thriving in a collaborative creative environment.
