Senior Exhibition Project Manager (REMOTE)

They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their talented and collaborative team in a fully remote role.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, architects, consultants and external partners, you will oversee every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative and technical standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized problem-solver with previous experience delivering cultural, exhibition, museum, architectural or similarly complex design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept through completion
- Oversee project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, fees, and contractual requirements
- Track project profitability, utilization, risks, deliverables, and overall project performance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across physical design, visual/graphic design, content, media, lighting, and other disciplines
- Manage external consultants, architects, technical partners, and subcontractors
- Serve as a key client contact, communicating project progress and helping to guide stakeholders toward consensus
- Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and additional services
- Lead project meetings and attend key client presentations
- Support new business proposals and contribute to wider project management and operational initiatives
Key Skills / Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional project management experience within design, architecture, cultural, exhibition, museum, or a related industry
- Proven experience successfully delivering complex projects from conception through completion
- Background or training in a design or architectural discipline
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Strong understanding of project budgets, fees, staffing, profitability, and contracts
- Experience with technical documentation, fabrication, installation, and project closeout
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools
- Experience with design/build projects is a plus
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management tools; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint or SmartSheets is a plus
- PMP certification is preferred
