Account and Delivery Manager (Wayfinding)
About The Role:
A globally recognized design consultancy that are a leader in their field – specializing in wayfinding, spatial strategy, and information design is seeking an Account and Delivery Manager to join their growing San Francisco office.
Sitting at the intersection of project delivery, commercial management, and client services, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while building long-term client relationships. You’ll oversee project performance, budgets, and forecasting, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive commercial success across your portfolio. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also contribute to business growth by supporting client development, identifying new opportunities, and helping strengthen the company’s presence across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring quality, program, and budget objectives are achieved
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact
- Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor project financials, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with internal creative, project, and finance teams to ensure effective communication throughout each project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business initiatives
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client meetings as required
- Maintain accurate project documentation, risk logs, and reporting to support effective project governance
Key Skills / Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management, Delivery Management, or Account Management role within a design, architecture, engineering, or creative built environment firm
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Commercially minded, with experience forecasting revenue and overseeing project financial performance
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and project management software
- Experience within wayfinding, the built environment, or multidisciplinary design consultancies is highly desirable
