Construction Administrative Coordinator
About The Role:

They are seeking a Construction Administration Coordinator with previous experience in a similar role within the built environment to join its Atlantic City team.
The role will support projects and teams throughout the construction phase reviewing construction documents, coordinating project information, and tracking field-related items through resolution. This is a deadline-driven role within a busy, highly productive environment, making it well suited to someone who is organized, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable balancing multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting construction administration in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and related documentation to identify code-compliance concerns and potential construction issues
- Coordinate the review and processing of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and other construction-phase documentation
- Track field changes, open issues, and project records through resolution, ensuring documentation remains accurate and current
- Prepare field observation reports, meeting minutes, and project updates while promptly communicating concerns relating to design, schedule, scope, budget, or safety
- Support project leadership and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain progress across multiple active projects
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Relevant construction administration experience within an architecture firm – experience in hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use, or high-end residential projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam or comparable drawing-review software, and Microsoft Office – experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to provide confident, professional project representation
