Project Manager (Hospitality & High-End Residential)
About the Role:
The Crowd are partnering with a highly respected, design-led architecture and interiors studio in Los Angeles, known for delivering exceptional hospitality and high-end residential projects across the US and internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect with strong interiors exposure to take ownership of highly detailed, design-led projects from concept through construction. The studio has an exciting pipeline of work ahead and is looking for someone who can combine strong project leadership with technical confidence and a genuine appreciation for interiors.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants and internal design teams, with plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility, mentor others and grow within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex hospitality and high-end residential projects from concept through construction and completion.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects stay on track.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, documentation and key project deliverables.
- Take an active role in technical delivery, detailing and construction administration.
- Mentor junior team members and provide clear direction across the project lifecycle.
Key Skills / Requirements:
- 7+ years of architectural experience, with strong exposure to hospitality and high-end residential interiors.
- Proven experience independently managing complex projects and multiple deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge across construction documentation, detailing, consultant coordination and CA.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Confident, organized and highly communicative, with strong client-facing skills and a collaborative approach.
