Finance and Administrative Coordinator (Architecture/Design)

About the Role:

An award-winning architecture practice with work spanning a range of diverse sectors are seeking a bright and organised Finance and Administrative Coordinator to join their collaborative Hampshire studio.

In this role you will support the day-to-day running of the busy studio, working across finance admin, office coordination, facilities, compliance and database management. You will process invoices, purchase orders and expenses, maintain accurate records, support reporting and assist with onboarding and project administration. They’re seeking someone who is proactive, detail-focused and keen to develop, with the opportunity to build experience across a broad range of administrative and finance functions.

You will be working in a progressive and supportive team, within a forward-thinking practice that values collaboration, professionalism and continuous development. Please note this is a full-time, studio-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices, purchase orders and expenses
  • Monitor the finance inbox and maintain accurate supplier and customer records
  • Support monthly accounts reporting and wider finance administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities and visitor arrangements
  • Support health and safety, compliance and quality management processes
  • Assist with new starter onboarding, IT set-up and shared administrative systems
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable supporting both routine processes and ad hoc requests
  • Previous experience in finance, office administration or business support would be beneficial
