FF&E Procurement Coordinator (Luxury Hospitality/Residential)

About the Role:

The Crowd are partnered with a mid-sized, established international interior design practice that are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their friendly, collaborative team in West London.

Within this role, you will support the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination of procurement packages from tender to delivery and installation, helping to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant procurement and FF&E experience within luxury hospitality or luxury residential, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the PM with procurement activities to keep projects on budget and schedule
• Support FF&E sourcing, quotations, tender processes and supplier coordination
• Assist with supplier negotiations, cost comparisons and risk management
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams on budgets and progress updates
• Monitor deliveries, logistics and payments with accounts and freight teams
• Maintain procurement schedules and project documentation

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant procurement experience, ideally within FF&E or interior design
• Experience working with suppliers and coordinating procurement activities
• Basic understanding of tendering and quotations
• Experience assisting with budget tracking and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience using procurement software
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping and freight coordination
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator
• Experience preparing reports and documentation
• Familiarity with technical drawings and FF&E specifications
