Showroom Manager (Luxury Interiors)

About the role:

A luxury interiors brand that has quickly established a strong name within the industry, is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to take the lead at their Brisbane showroom.

In this role, you’ll lead a small team of sales professionals while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom. You’ll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and taking ownership of the showroom’s commercial performance. Working closely with senior management, you’ll monitor sales activity, identify areas for improvement, and help drive continued growth.

This is an ideal position for a confident and driven individual with a passion for the high-end interiors sector and proven experience managing a luxury showroom or large-scale retail environment, ideally within the furniture and interiors space. You will join a friendly and close-knit team, where you will have the opportunity for growth and development with an exciting and emerging brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small showroom team, setting clear expectations and creating a motivated, successful sales environment
• Build strong client relationships and support the team in delivering a polished, personalised experience for every customer
• Manage the showroom’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards across presentation, service and overall performance
• Work closely with clients and the wider team
• Monitor sales activity to identify opportunities to improve and drive continued growth
• Actively contribute to the direction of the showroom, bringing new ideas and staying informed on developments across the luxury interiors market

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

• Proven experience managing a showroom, premium retail store or similar customer-facing sales environment
• A confident and hands-on leader who can motivate a team, set the standard, and drive strong commercial performance
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the confidence to build relationships and engage with clientele
• An appreciation for luxury interiors, furniture, and design, with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and detail
• Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy showroom environment
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the initiative to identify improvements and contribute to the continued growth of the business
