Accounts Payable Clerk

The Role:

A large international architecture and design studio is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly and social London team.

Our client is going from strength to strength and are expanding due to their phenomenal success on a global scale. This role will join their accounts team and will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices, ensuring they are accurately and timely inputted, reconciling and managing vendor accounts and providing general support across the accounts payable function. The ideal person will have previous experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger role, preferably in the architecture/design/construction industry and will be familiar with processing invoices at volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing purchase ledger accounts
• Timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices
• Expense processing
• Ensure vendor accounts are accurately reconciled
• Manage any vendor queries
• Allocating payments
• Other adhoc finance support

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in an AP role, ideally in a larger company
• Experience in the architecture/design/built environment is beneficial
• Organised, meticulous with a keen eye for detail
