Architect

The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with an exciting, emerging design studio based in north London that are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their friendly and welcoming team.

Their work is focused on design-led projects across the UK and Europe and you will have the opportunity to join a passionate team of designers within a collaborative and flexible environment. The role will initially be working on a luxury mixed-use scheme with hotel and residential elements through early design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Lead to develop a concept through schematic design stages
• Aide in the delivery of packages through various stages
• Manage presentations and contribute to design
• Manage coordination with external consultants and the wider architectural team
• Liaise with clientele

Key Skills:

• Registered ARB Architect or equivalent
• Experience using Revit and Adobe Suite
• At least 5+ years of post-Part II experience
• Experience in working through stages 2-5
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Exposure to design lead projects
• Collaborative in your approach
