Architect (6 Month FTC)

About the Role:

The Crowd is working with a highly respected AJ100 architecture practice that are looking for an Architect to join its London studio on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, immediate start, with the potential for extension.

Renowned for delivering complex, large-scale projects across a range of sectors, this award-winning practice offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure and healthcare developments.

Joining a collaborative and design-focused team, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of major projects currently progressing through RIBA Stages 3-5. This includes a significant international infrastructure scheme and a landmark healthcare and research facility.

This opportunity would suit a technically strong Architect with experience delivering large-scale, complex projects and excellent Revit skills. You will work closely with project leaders, consultants, and wider design teams to coordinate and develop detailed design packages, ensuring high-quality project delivery throughout the technical stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate detailed design and technical drawing packages using Revit
• Support the delivery of complex infrastructure and healthcare projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate multidisciplinary information and ensure design integration across project packages
• Assist in the production, review, and quality assurance of technical documentation

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Qualified Architect with experience delivering large-scale, complex projects
• Previous experience within infrastructure, transport, healthcare, science, research, or similarly complex sectors would be highly advantageous
• Strong technical delivery experience across RIBA Stages 3–5
• Advanced Revit proficiency and experience producing detailed technical packages
• Strong understanding of technical design, construction methodologies, and project delivery processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred
