Architectural Designer

About the Role:

We are working with a highly regarded, design-led architecture studio in Los Angeles that is looking to add an Architectural Designer to their growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, collaborative studio delivering beautifully considered, high-end projects. The work is design-focused, varied, and thoughtfully executed, with no repetitive output.

You will gain exposure across all stages of a project, from early concept design through to construction, while working closely with the founders. This is an environment where you will be trusted, supported, and given real responsibility early on.

For the right person, this role offers strong career progression. You will be involved in client-facing work, develop your design voice, and gain well-rounded experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design development from concept through to construction
• Produce high-quality visual and presentation material for client-facing work
• Support the preparation of permit sets and construction documentation
• Collaborate with internal team members, consultants, and clients
• Assist with site visits and coordination throughout project delivery

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Strong design sensibility with an interest in high-end, detail-driven work
• Proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite, with rendering experience (Lumion, V-Ray or similar)
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality visual and presentation material
• Confident communicator with a proactive and curious approach
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and taking ownership
