Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring delivery across teams and phases
• Relieve day-to-day coordination responsibilities from the Principal and Directors
• Partner closely with senior architects and project managers, providing leadership and guidance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standard
• Represent the studio with clients, consultants, and collaborators, ensuring strong external relationships

Key Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years’ professional experience in architecture or interior architecture, with hospitality or luxury residential project leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-driven approach
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and elevate project managers
• Confident, client-facing communicator who can represent the studio at a senior level
