Bid Coordinator

The Role:

An international, forward-thinking, employee-owned architectural studio in London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid position. In this role, you will work closely to support the Bid Manager to ensure the presentation and execution of bids, SQs and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality support to the Sector Leads and Bid Teams on their projects, and contribute to the development of bid management systems
  • Research and identify leads and opportunities for new projects and bids
  • Ensure all bids are executed to the highest standard and in accordance with company processes
  • Ensure submissions are well written, within scope and are properly branded
  • Manage SQ and tender responses by communicating with sub-consultants
  • Ensure the clarification management process is understood and followed
  • Ensure all bids are supported with collateral documents

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within the bids process, preferably in an architecture studio
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Methodical in your approach with excellent analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tights deadline
  • Able to plan and prioritise your workload
