Bid Coordinator

The Role:

A highly prominent, international architecture practice are looking to for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team in their London office.

In this role you will be supporting the wider global team while working on the entire bid process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the built environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely sought after company, who are known for their notable projects around the world and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain further experience in a leading studio within the design industry. The company offer a hybrid working policy with an option to work at least 2 days in the office and the others from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce first-stage bid submissions including PQQ, RFQ and EOI
  • Support the wider acquisitions team in the production of second stage bid documents
  • Liaise with various departments and external partners to organise production and delivery of content
  • Proofread all materials ensuring they follow the agreed guidelines
  • Provide support to the design, marketing and communications teams and partnering consultant organisations where needed
  • Manage the business development information including records, calendars and all other internal systems

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in a similar role preparing bid documents – preferably within architecture/civil engineering
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional writing skills, paying close attention to grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment and an eagerness to keep busy
  • A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to solve problems
  • Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels internally and externally
