Bid Coordinator

The Role:

A high-profile architectural studio based in Clerkenwell is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their successful Business Development team. The studio offers a range of excellent benefits, flexible and hybrid working, bonuses, and generous annual leave. The role reports to the Bid Manager and sits within the wider BD Team, ensuring the production and submission of SQs, bids and tenders. The ideal person for this role will have at least 2 years of experience working in bids within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile SQ and tender responses, liaise with sub-consultants, proofread answers supplied by team members and ensure bids are produced to a high quality and in line with company brand guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of bid management systems
  • Ensuring bids are supported with relevant case studies, CVs, images etc.

Key Skills:

  • Experience within architecture or the built environment
  • Experience with CRM/ERP/PIM systems is preferable
  • An interest in the bid process and business development practices
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to plan, manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Open to change with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
