Bid Manager
The Role:
Our client, a boutique global design studio renowned for their integrated approach to architecture and interiors, are currently in search of a talented Bid Manager to join their thriving team in London. This studio has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and design excellence.
As the Bid Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal role in supporting the production of all marketing activities and collateral for our client. This responsibility extends to both their UK and Canadian studios, aligning with the business plan objectives and sector marketing strategies of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality bid documents, ensuring compliance with requirements (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, RFTs, PQQs)
- Manage the bid production process, coordinating printing, and digital production
- Compose compelling copy and design visuals for bid responses
- Maintain a comprehensive bid library with relevant documents and communication materials in InDesign and PowerPoint
- Keep image and video assets up to date on the global image management system
- Conduct research and create marketing materials to support new business acquisition
- Support the design and update of brochures, white papers, presentations, and publications
- Compile and distribute PDFs of key market press and intelligence to the management team
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
- Proficient in Adobe and MS Office suites
- Proficient in web content management and social media software
- Familiar with cloud image management and CRM systems is preferred
- Aware of UK RFP/RFQ processes
- Understanding of brand excellence and best practice strategies
- Knowledgeable about industry trends and key representatives in residential, workplace, and hospitality property sectors
- Ability to leverage a brand’s assets to promote and sell its global project portfolio
- Confident and approachable as a brand ambassador, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management and multitasking skills when working under tight deadlines
