BIM Coordinator

The Role:

Our client is a highly praised and established architectural studio based in London, renowned for international, sustainable, and inspirational projects. They are seeking an enthusiastic BIM Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in assisting and reporting to the Design Technical Manager.

You will have excellent proficiency in Revit and related applications and work on projects across a multitude of sectors of all scales while working within a beautiful vibrant office in Central London along with a talented team from a variety of cultures. This position does require full attendance at the office and offers competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in monitoring the performance and quality levels of BIM models and ensuring they satisfy the prescribed project-specific BIM requirements and our client’s standards
• Evaluate new software and technologies
• Assess new software and technologies
• Have a dedicated approach to maintaining knowledge of design software and industry developments

Key Skills:

• A degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Revit for technical support for core design. Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo would be advantageous.
• Have proven experience working on large-scale/complex projects in a similar role
• Working knowledge of BIM processes and standards, including the ISO 19650 series
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
