BIM Coordinator (Luxury Retail + Hospitality)

About the Role:

Our client who boasts a purpose-built office in a prime central London location, are opening their doors to find an experienced and proactive and talented BIM Coordinator. The practice prides themselves on working on luxury hospitality and retail projects internationally within a supportive and social team.

With several years of experience delivering large-scale projects, you will bring proven expertise in coordinating BIM within design-led environments, having worked as part of an architecture-focused BIM team in a leading practice. You will be joining a collaborative and sociable team, contributing to major projects across the hospitality and luxury retail projects around the globe. This role is ideal for someone motivated by digital design excellence, committed to fostering seamless project delivery, and confident in providing mentorship and guidance to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Through prior experience, you would manage projects within the guidelines of the practice
  • Coordinate the digital design and streamline workflows within the project teams
  • Support the team through mentorship and guidance in relation to BIM technologies, CDMs and Building Regulations
  • Lead the ongoing implementation of BIM standards and procedures across the office
  • Manage Revit project production and provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a BIM coordinator on large scale projects
  • Expert in BIM and Revit is essential for the role
  • Good understanding of architectural and technical buildability of a project is desirable
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
